Terms of buying from us

1Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the details are incomplete, and we will tell you if so.

2Prices and photos

Prices are in Indian rupees. Colours may look slightly different from the photo. If a price is wrong we will contact you before the order goes ahead.

3Payment

Pay by Cash on Delivery or UPI. We do not take card payments online at the moment.

4Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can change because of weather, festivals or courier delays. Please give a correct address and phone number. Delivery time: a few working days. Charges: told to you when we confirm your order.

5Returns and exchanges

Items should be unused and in their original packing. Return window: a few days. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.

6Bulk orders

Bulk prices and terms are agreed with you directly before the order is confirmed.

7Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
