How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery time: a few working days. Delivery charges: told to you when we confirm your order. We deliver to: Chennai and nearby areas (ask us about other places). If you are in Chennai you can also pick your order up from our shop in Maduravoyal.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount handy if you can.
What if the dress size does not fit?
Call or WhatsApp us on 9994090118 within a few days of delivery and we will help with an exchange or return. Items should be unused with the tags on.
How do I choose the right size for a baby dress?
Check the age on the product page, then compare with your baby's height and weight. Babies grow fast, so if your baby is between two sizes we suggest the larger one. Not sure? Send us a WhatsApp message with your baby's age and weight and we will tell you.
Are the toys safe? Which age are they for?
The age range is on each toy's page and on its pack. Toys with small parts are not suitable for babies who still put things in their mouth.
Can you gift wrap and add a message?
Yes, we can gift wrap on request. Gift message: write it in the Order Notes box at checkout and we will add it to the parcel.
Do you take bulk orders or return gifts for parties?
Yes, we have return gift sets and we can put together bulk orders for birthdays and baby showers. Call or WhatsApp 9994090118 with your budget and number of kids. Bulk prices depend on the items and quantity, so we quote each order separately.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). We do not take card payments online at the moment.
How do I track my order?
After you place an order you get an order number. Open the Track Order page, enter that number and you will see the current status.
