Returns, exchanges and refunds

1Return window
Call or WhatsApp 9994090118 within a few days of delivery. Items should be unused, with tags and original packing.
2Size exchanges
If a dress does not fit, tell us and we will help you exchange it for the right size, subject to stock.
3Damaged or wrong items
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will fix it.
4Refunds
If we agree to a refund, we will tell you how and when it will reach you when we confirm the return on WhatsApp or by phone.
5What we cannot take back
Items that have been used or washed, and items without tags, cannot be returned. Food from the Sweet Escape corner is not returnable.
